Following your consultation, and having a clear understanding of the service you need, You will need Hosting. This will allow your files to be viewed by internet users. We also set up your domain. You may want to have your own domain name in which case, we will register that for you.

3. Design
Designing your Website. By following our design standards and writing guidelines, we organize your images, text, and any other files and links for each page. We will then create a standard header and footer navigation scheme for your Website. -Remember content is king.

4. Email Accounts
Each of our products include private email. You will have complete access to create and edit each of your email accounts. You can assign specific names to determine your email privacy. (eg; VP@company, sales@company, CustServ@company...) and unique passwords for each.

5. Ninja Marketing/Search Engine Optimization
This is very important Meta Data which needs to be coded into to your Website. This allows Search engines to properly index your site. We generate ALL of our programming code manually, We DO NOT use editors, templates, or wizards that will be ignored by search engines. Adding this to the standard header, footer, navigation bar; plus links, images and sound files, and the text collected for your web pages, ... your site is initially developed.

6. Code Validation
Test your Website. We validate the code, spell check and verify your internal/external links using Midco2000's exclusive validation services. Again, We do this manually. Once your site is fully developed, we will upload your Website to your hosting service. Using a file transfer protocol, we transfer your files our server so your site can be seen via the Internet. Upon your approval, We then launch your site.

7. Site Promotion
Promote your Website. By creating meta data for your site, we have optimized your site to rank very high. During this step, we then register your site with the top search engines and directories,-Manually. (this is very important) We do not use Submit software found free on the web as this will sometime submit multiple listings of your site causing the search engines to ban your site completely! We take the time to make sure you get listed properly, the first time. (don't forget to promote your site off-line also, on business cards, invoices, stationary).

8. Maintenance
We will continuously check to status of your website, and provide maintenance as you request it or we will make suggestions according to the trends of the web. Any updates, changes, are done for you within 1-12 hours in most cases.
